We are located at 66 Pearl Street in downtown Portland, Maine. Our office is above the Chamber of Commerce office, which is on the corner of Pearl and Middle Streets. Our entrance is at the rear of the building, off Pearl Street. We are on the second floor in Suite 200. Click here for a map to our office.    ~ FROM SOUTH: From Maine Turnpike (RT 495) take Exit 44 (Portland/RT 295) onto Route 295; take Exit 7 (Franklin St). ~ FROM NORTH: Coming into Portland on RT 295, take Exit 7 (Franklin) onto Franklin Street Arterial. ~ AFTER TAKING EXIT ONTO FRANKLIN: At 4th traffic light (intersection of Franklin Art. & Congress St.) take a right. The first light will be the intersection of Congress St. and Pearl St.; turn left down Pearl Street between the County and Federal Courthouses (grey stone buildings). ~ OUR OFFICE BUILDING -- 66 Pearl Street, also known as Court Square, (red in color) will be the next building on your right -- there is a wooden pergola on brick pillars in front of the entrance. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Our office will be on your left. ~ PARKING OPTIONS ~ 1) going down Pearl Street, take a left BEFORE the Courthouse and behind it there is a parking garage; 2) continue down Pearl Street through the traffic light - there is a parking garage located one block down on your left (we can validate your ticket -- please bring it with you); 3) or you can park on the street.
