You will never experience the frustration of dealing with an automated answering machine at Bay Area Title.    ORDER SET-UP ~ As part of our set up procedure, Abby contacts all parties through welcome letters and phone calls to confirm the terms of each transaction up front, to insure that every closing goes smoothly.    THE PROCESSING TEAM ~ Joy, Becky, and Debby are knowledgeable in all types of transactions, from cash sales to conventional and government loans. They will guide you and your customer through the closing process and answer any and all questions that may arise.    TITLE EXAMINATION ~ Ruthie, Paulyne and Shirley are seasoned abstractos with years of experience in both residential and commercial matters. They pick up the title issues that less experienced companies often miss. The preparation of commitments and policies is supervised by Helen, leaving our staff attorney, Colleen Tucker, free to focus on title issues, drafting closing documents and conducting closings.    CLOSING AGENTS ~ Susan Gage Knedler (owner) and Lesley Wentworth are well known figures at the closing table, having conducted literally thousands of closings in Southern Maine in the past twenty years.    POST CLOSING ~ Rest assured that the financial portion of your closing will be handled efficiently by Sabrina.
